Initial screen, idea is to obtain the donation then to (optionally) get Gift Aid information.

Selecting [Make Donation] jumps to Launch the Square POS Application

Launch the Square POS Application

After selecting one of the three configurable donation amounts, the Square POS application is launched to ‘tap-and-collect’ the donation.

After collecting the donation the POS app is configured to return to the F2F app, Choose Gift Aid Option screen (So there is no receipt creation etc).

Choose Gift Aid Option

Doner has three options of Gift Aid:

• Now [Gift Aid Now]
• Later [Send SMS]
• None [Thanks]

Each options jumps to the screen specified.

Gift Aid Now

This screen prompts the doner for the information necessary for a Gift Aid donation. This mirror the information which would be collected

After this information has been collected, the [Finished] button jumps to the Thanks screen.

Send SMS

SMS Consent Not Selected

This screen prompts the doner for their mobile phone number and has a consent switch which will only allow the message to be send post selection.

After the consent option has been selected, the [Send SMS] button is enabled.

The SMS is sent via the (native) Messages screen

Messages

The build in iOS Message application is used to send a populated SMS which links to the TAAP F2F site which prompts for the necessary Gift Aid details.

The SMS sent inclused a UUID which is used to track and link the donation to the Gift Aid declaration.

After the SMS has been sent the F2F application is reactivated (at the Thanks Screen) via selection of the < Gift Aid button at the top left hand side.

Thanks

The Thanks Screen

The final screen show the doner a “Thank You” message and the [Finished] button returns to the initial Start Screen.

Extra details for recuring payments

Work has also been undertaken to obtain additional details to allow for recuring payments.

This information would be collected as part of the Gift Aid Now screen.
